Our Story: Why You Get What You Get with Tweak-N-Tune Computer Services
Hi, welcome to Tweak-N-Tune. In our eleven years in the computer industry we have repaired over 23,000 computers. We think we can safely say we are not the new kids on the block. We have made house calls to private homes, worked in tech support for large corporations and even supervised entire teams of technicians.
What We Have Learned About YOU
Our years of experience have taught us 3 things about YOU, the customer with a computer problem...
1. You want it fixed fast. You don’t want to waste time punching 47 numbers into your phone only to be connected with a tech support person 7,000 miles away who can barely speak English.
2. You want a technician you can trust. Dropping off your computer for repair at the local retailer is a lot like handing a stranger your entire wallet and walking away.
3. You don't want to be quoted one price for a service-call only to find out there are additional charges when the technician arrives.
Yet, that’s what you get with most tech support: Someone who doesn't speak your language, service pricing problems or unknown technicians looking through your hard drive.
Our Guarantee to YOU
It's why we started Tweak-N-Tune and why we guarantee that when you contact us, you’ll get your own personal computer consultant. Someone who you can build a relationship with, someone you can trust to handle your personal data.
Don’t Just Throw Away Your Computer ...
With the way computers have evolved and will continue to evolve, most problems are due to user error or a software problem. And those problems can usually be solved over the phone, over the internet, or sometimes with a quick trip to our tune-up center. These problems usually do not require the purchase of expensive parts or a whole new computer.
Oh, and in case you’re wondering, yes, each of our consultants have earned all the certifications or degrees that prove we know what we are doing! If you want to see some of our certifications it’s below.
