If it is determined that we are unable to resolve your stated computer problem, or provide you with a diagnoses that identifies the cause of the problem in which we are unable to complete the repair due to circumstances out of our control, we will immediately refund any of our charges associated with the service or repair. For instance, if you call us because you can not get on the internet and we determine that the internet service provider has a problem with their equipment you will not be entitled to a refund. This guarantee applies to the current service call only. User error or incompatible software can cause problems to reoccur, please read our standard Service Policy for additional information. | |
